I headed out on a cold fall morning to Clifton E. French Regional Park in Plymouth with the Krause family. I met Kristin in a moms group that we are part of, so our daughters are very close in age. I had such a great time catching up with her and the family, and seeing her new baby as well! Her little girl's smile just lights up the "room" and she did so well - despite the cold! Enjoy!

I can't believe Jayde is a high school senior! I have known Jayde for 14 years since my husband and I first met. I have been photographing her family for many years and it seams so surreal that she is now graduating high school. For a little nostalgia, I added a picture of her (and her little sister) from the first shoot that I did of her family in October of 2015. She has grown up so much since then (and so has my photography style!) I had the honor of taking her senior photos and it was so fun! We headed to Richardson Nature Center in Bloomington. It was a beautiful night and we got some great shots. I love the colors and the contrast of her clothes! Enjoy!
What a fun hour I spent with the Pauley Family! I had photographed this family many years ago as part of a larger family session, so it was so nice to see them again and get to know them a little better. We headed to Arden Park in Edina on a beautiful night. They wanted some pictures with their dog, who is sick, and it was really special. I am glad I could be part of capturing this for them to remember for years to come. Enjoy!
Last week, I had a session with the Lathrop cousins. They all decided to have some pictures taken of the boys as gifts for the grandparents - how fun! We headed to Arden Park in Edina. It was a nice night and the boys did a great job and even chipped in with some location and pose suggestions. They brought their football and so we got some fun ones of them tossing it around. Enjoy!
I headed to downtown Carver with the Cooper family. It was a nice Saturday evening with a lovely family. Even though Tommy wasn't feeling the family photos this night, we still managed to get some nice ones with him! Sometimes kids have other plans and photoshoots don't go as expected, but we just roll with it! Enjoy!
I had a super fun mini session with the Hauge family. We headed to downtown Carver on a beautiful morning! I just love how the sun is lighting up the trees behind them. They also had an extra special surprise to announce - a pregnancy! I was honored to be a part of their journey and capture some announcement photos for them. Enjoy!
We had such a gorgeous night for the Mackinnon family session! We headed to Richardson Nature Center in Bloomington. I just love the open grassy and prairie shots from this session. It has been several years since I photographed this family and the kids have grown up so much! Seeing that is definitely one of the fun parts about being a photographer and having repeat clients. I have included a side by side from their last session just for fun! :) Enjoy!
On Tuesday, I had a session with John for his senior photos. John is graduating from Minnetonka High School. We headed to Lake Ann Park in Chanhassen. While it was a cloudy night, and we got rained (more like sprinkled) on a couple times, I still think we got some great pictures! John did an awesome job and was such a great sport! Enjoy!
Last weekend, I had a session with the Minich family. We headed to Lake Minnewashta Regional Park. It was so fun catching up with this family since it has been a couple years since I photographed them last. They got a new puppy recently, so it was very exciting to have that puppy energy around! Both of the pups did so well and are such cuties! Enjoy!
This last weekend I had a session with Liam for his senior pictures! Liam wanted a more urban, but still nature vibe - so we went to Centennial Lakes Park in Edina. I had never photographed there officially before, and it was a really great spot to explore. Liam did such an awesome job. The picture with the blue disc was his idea and I gotta say - it is one of my favorites! We captured such a variety of backgrounds and poses - it was so hard to narrow them down! Thanks for a fun session, Liam! Enjoy!
